There are many verses in the book of Proverbs that deal with words. Here are most of them arranged by topic. We will not read all of these this morning.

5 Every word of God proves true;
he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.

lest he rebuke you and you be found a liar.
Wisdom vs. folly in speech
