Worship Services

9:15 a.m. — Bible study for all ages. An adult class meets to study books of the Bible. There are also classes for children, who learn age-appropriate lessons about God. The kids are currently learning about Jesus from The Gospel Project curriculum.*

10:30 a.m. — Morning worship service. We gather for prayer, singing, Scripture reading, and a sermon based upon the Bible. Children are welcome to join us in worship, though we do have childcare available for children up through age 5. We also have children’s church for children in elementary school.* The service is usually about 70-75 minutes long. (Want to know what a sermon at this church is like? Listen to one!)

6:00 p.m. — Evening worship service.** Our evening worship service is more informal. We sing, we pray, and have a time of teaching. This service is usually about an hour long.

*All our childcare workers have undergone criminal background screening. The safety of our children and yours is very important to us.

** During the summer (July, August, and the first week of September) we take a break from our evening service. We still meet on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.

7:00 p.m.  Prayer meeting. On Wednesday nights we gather to learn what the Bible says about prayer, we share our prayer requests, and pray together. Prayer is a very important part of the life of West Bridgewater Community Church. The prayer meeting is typically anywhere from 60-75 minutes long.
